Alba is a rich blend of Arabica beans that yield a syrupy body. We use beans from four different regions across the world, all situated along the coffee belt. Due to the complexity of synchronising these flavour profiles, this blend has been created with a great deal of time and care.
During roasting, we are careful not to take the roast too dark to ensure there is no bitterness, while keeping enough of the sweetness to provide the perfect base for a frothy cappuccino or smooth latte.
