About this Course

Step into the world of specialty coffee with our Brewing Brilliance Masterclass, designed for coffee lovers ready to deepen their skills and savour the art of brewing. Begin with a guided cupping session, where you’ll sample a curated selection of coffees, learning to recognise unique flavour profiles, aromas, and tasting notes. Guided by our Head of Coffee, you’ll develop a nuanced understanding of each coffee and choose your favourite to brew.

With your chosen coffee, explore a variety of brewing methods, each offering a distinct experience: try the clean, refined flavours of the V60 pour-over, the bold and smooth results from a Cafetiere, the clarity of a Chemex, and the concentrated richness of the AeroPress.

Our hands-on instruction will help you understand how each method brings out different qualities in the coffee, empowering you to brew like a pro at home.

The masterclass is held at The Roastery, Airfield Business Park, Market Harborough, LE16 7QB and classes are held Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm. If you have a guest that isn't attending the course, Market Harborough is a lovely town full of boutiques, cafes, green spaces, and plenty of places to unwind whilst you enjoy your course.
