Origin Story
Welcoming the fresh and vibrant spirit of spring, our new seasonal blend combines the exquisite Tanzanian coffee from the Mshewe Region with the renowned Micromill beans of Cerro San Luis, Costa Rica.
In the Mshewe Region of Tanzania, the coffee cherries thrive under the gentle sun and nourishing rains, yielding beans that embody the floral and citrus notes characteristic of the region. Meanwhile, in Costa Rica, the coffee undergoes a White Honey process specifically developed by the Cerro San Luis Micromill, enhancing its inherent sweetness, and infusing the blend with delicate floral and fruit tones.

Crafted with precision in our roastery, the Spring Blossom Blend celebrates the delicate beauty and lively essence of the season. The Tanzanian beans contribute bright floral notes, reminiscent of blooming gardens, while the Costa Rican beans add a refreshingly light fruit tang. Together, they harmonise to create a cup that dances on the palate, culminating in a light, refreshing and versatile coffee.
The blending process involves meticulous selection and roasting to highlight the unique characteristics of each origin. The result is a blend that invigorates the senses, perfectly capturing the essence of spring.
