Origin Story


Finca Argentina is an 80-hectare farm located in Dipilto, Nueva Segovia, and owned by the Peralta family. This single-plot microlot features a honey process, where the coffee cherries are de-pulped and sun-dried with the mucilage intact, enhancing its unique flavour profile.

The Peralta family’s coffee-growing heritage stretches back to the early 20th century. However, in 2008, brothers Julio and Octavio Peralta began focusing on crafting distinctive specialty coffee preparations, elevating their legacy to new heights.
